Richard Hanania’s audience is around 10% Jewish, mine is 15-20% made out of people with a Jewish heritage according to a Twitter poll I conducted half a year ago.

Jews (although are majority left wing) seem to be driven towards political content that is “verbally loaded” in a way that does not correspond to their population size.

Right wing movements are known to have large Jewish representation in cases when there is no anti-Semitism involved in them. Early Fascists intellectuals were about 1/5-1/4 Jewish, the main Libertarians thinkers are just over a half Jewish and Jews are also highly overrepresented in the mainstream right.

This is the thought that is put forward by Nathan Cofnas arguing that right wing movements will have a large Jewish proportion unless they turn anti-Semitic. The moment they do, Jews drift towards the left and cease to be of value to the right.

I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that anti-semitism isn’t beneficial for the right if the right values quality > quantity.
