According to analysis by @cyber_boroshno team, the locations of objects hit by Ukrainian drones in the footage above roughly coincide with locations from which the launches of Russian Iskander-M ballistic missiles were recently reported.

This is a strong indicator that these were indeed Iskander TELs seen in the footage.
