But first, a brief look at our mascot, Banger.

Banger was created to be a fun, lovable character, memeable by design but with a very serious utility behind the comical exterior. This as you all know attracted a lot of investors with the wrong mindset initially who thought we were purely a meme coin.

On top of that there has been a lot of feedback taken onboard from networking with high profile investors and influencers alike. The feedback we’ve received has been consistent among different groups and investors.

As things stand, it appears that the space isn't ready for fun branding unless it's a meme coin, and if this is something that could potentially hold us back as a project, we must act on it immediately for all of you, our investors.

We will always act within the best interests of our collective holders, and will always strive to deliver the best possible outcome with our decisions. It’s for that reason that we really feel this choice was one that will provide us with the most successful path forward!

Therefore, we are extremely excited to announce that the $BANGER team have been working through a massive rebranding effort, and will be relaunching under a new name next week.

First things first, we want this to be as easy as possible for you, our community.

Your $BANGER holdings will not be affected, and you will receive an exact 1:1 swap for your $BANGER tokens, in the new token. The new token has the exact same supply as $BANGER so your % of supply won't change.

As our liquidity is locked for 6 months we will require anyone that wishes to migrate to the new token to send their $BANGER tokens in to us so we can effectively drain the liquidity pool and migrate to the new token.

Our goal is to launch at the exact same market cap we are on at the time of the liquidity being emptied. Therefore, after we empty the $BANGER LP, we will make up any differences from our available funds within the Banger fund wallet.

For the migration logistics, anyone that sends tokens in prior to the migration will receive their airdrop at launch, to the exact amount they send in. We have taken a snapshot of our holders as of the time of this announcement, and once we reach the deadline, we will be taking a second snapshot of the remaining holders before draining the liquidity.

Any tokens not sent in before the relaunch will have a grace period of 7 days from the launch of the new token, to send their $BANGER tokens in to us and receive their new tokens.

Any $BANGER tokens bought after the second snapshot will not be considered in any migration requests.
