H1 Refinement: There are two specific H1 FVGs nested within this zone. The upper H1 FVG is already filled, shifting focus to the lower H1 FVG between 66,021 and 65,496.

Execution Plan: The primary area of interest for re-entering long positions is within this lower ~66k region.
