I hate it to say, but $ETH seems more attractive than $BTC.
ETH Balance on exchanges are back on pre-dump levels. Combined with the break of the daily price levels (2775$), it is stronger than BTC which hasn't recovered inflow levels & is at daily resistance.

$1.69B of stablecoins withdrawn from derivative exchanges. Events of such magnitude are rare and are open to different interpretations. My take is traders expect unproductive chop and want to re-deploy their capital elsewhere.

Is BTC fundamental still stable?
1. Spot purchasing, as of now, is still optimistic in a long term.
2. Derivatives would need prompt responses following changes in Market, and On-Chain Data.
If we investigate Stablecoins Ratio, Stablecoins/BTC in all Exchanges, Exchanges hold enough Stablecoins. When Exchanges hold enough Stablecoins, a bullish market. in a long term is expected through historical records.
The market is still unpredictable in a short term, and there’s a chance of a stiff price surge regarding the amount of Stablecoins in Exchanges.

$BTC hash rate rebounded and miners seem to be accumulating bitcoins.
- Miners are holding BTCs
- SSR is hitting ATL for a week
* BTC SSR is total BTC / All Stablecoins which could be interpreted as (cryptocurrency / amount of capital) in the market.

Unusual amount of $ETH transferred onto spot exchanges.
Big outflow prior, maybe it's moved from one exchange to another. Could be Gemini / Kraken to Huobi / Bitfinex. They likely have better liquidity.
Minutes later, huge $ETH outflow. 394k leaves Coinbase.
