Coinbase to conduct the public launch of the Base L2 blockchain next week
Coinbase exchange will launch its OP Stack-based Base Layer 2 blockchain on August 9th. Starting from Thursday, users will be able to bridge their $ETH to Base, with the official launch of the main network planned for August 9th. Base went live for developers in July with several tools available, including node providers, block explorers, and data indexers.

zkPass has announced the closure of a $2.5M seed round backed by Binance Labs, Sequoia China, OKX Ventures, dao5, Susquehanna International Group, Cypher Capital, Leland Ventures and Blockchain Founders Fund.
