Arbitrum has announced the launch of the first phase of its ambassador program
Arbitrum, an Ethereum Layer-2 solution, has kicked off the first phase of its program, calling for university-based blockchain clubs and students to represent arbitrum in their communities. The ambassador program will be divided into two parts. The second phase will go live in Q3 2023 and will include individual community members and devs who are eager to host IRL events, create content, build ecosystem tools, and contribute to the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Ripple has partially won a court trial against U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission after a federal judge ruled that the $XRP token is not a security when sold to the general public. Multichain $MULTI will cease its operations as its CEO has been detained by Chinese police
Multichain, a cross-chain router protocol, will wind down its operations amid the arrest of its CEO Zhaojun and his sister by Chinese police. According to the project's statement, its CEO has been taken under a custody couple of weeks ago, along with his computers, phones, hardware wallets, and mnemonic phrases. After the abnormal transfer of users' assets locked on the MPC addresses, Zhaojun's sister transferred the remaining user assets and was also detained. Since there is no information about the assets' status and absence of the contact with the project's CEO, the team is forced to cease operations.
