Monad Labs has raised $19M in the seed funding led by Dragonfly Capital
Monad Labs, the team supporting the Monad blockchain, has closed its $19M seed funding round led by Dragondly Capital. Addtional round included Placeholder Capital, Lemniscap, Shima Capital and Finality Capital among others. The capital will be used to double the team to about 24 in the next several months.

Polygon (MATIC) has announced the launch of its zkEVM on mainnet beta on March 27
Polygon plans to release a new Layer 2 scaling solution, zkEVM, in a mainnet phase on March 27. Polygon's zkEVM is expected be equivalent to Ethereum's Virtual Machine and support the same code as Ethereum. With the launch of this network, developers will be able to onboard apps from Ethereum and use them on Polygon's zkEVM network without making significant changes.
