Visa has partnered with cryptocurrency payments app Wirex to expand its footprint in Asia-Pacific and the U.K. Through this partnership, Wirex will now be able to directly issue crypto-enabled debit and prepaid cards to over 40 countries. Wirex has became the first company to develop a crypto-enabled card that allowed users to buy or sell multiple traditional and cryptocurrencies.

Polygon plans to release a new Layer 2 scaling solution, zkEVM, in a mainnet phase on March 27. Polygon's zkEVM is expected be equivalent to Ethereum's Virtual Machine and support the same code as Ethereum.
