Binance has announced the full acquisition of the FTX exchange
Binance has signed a non-binding LOI agreement with the FTX exchange, expressing its intentions to buy a company after the collapse of the FTX token $FTT. Before the deal with Binance, FTX had been looking to raise outside capital from venture investors to clear out liquidity crunches. Solana (SOL) validators will unlock almost $1B worth of $SOL tokens in less than 24 hours
49.6M $SOL tokens will be unlocked at around 8:30 AM UTC on November 10th due to the end of Epoch 370, validators lock in their stake on the network. The tokens scheduled for removal from the Solana stake represent 13% of the coin's total supply. This will be the second-largest token unlock of Solana in terms of the number of coins being unstaked by validators.
