The listing of the BlackRock’s spot bitcoin ETF on Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation is likely caused the Bitcoin surge to its yearly high of $35,198. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust is one of around 12 spot bitcoin ETFs currently awaiting approval by the SEC.
