Optimism is selling 116M of OP tokens ($151.2M or 2.7% of total supply) in a private sale, split among seven purchasers, for treasury management purposes. The tokens will have a two-year lockup, during this period, the purchasers will be able to delegate the tokens to unaffiliated third parties for participation in governance.

Binance Labs introduces 12 projects that will join the 6th season of its incubation program. The projects are divided into 4 categories of infrastructure, DeFi, AI-powered dApps, GameFi/SocialFi, and include Vistara, UXUY, BBOX, Derivio, Ethena, Shogun, MyShell, NFPrompt, QnA3, Cellula, Crypto Cafe, and MetaCene. After the previous incubation program round, Binance Labs made an investment in 5 participants.

Google Cloud expands its blockchain data offering to 11 new networks
Google Cloud adds eleven more in-demand blockchains to the BigQuery public datasets. This innovation allows the Web3 community to access data, without the overhead of operating nodes or maintaining an indexer. Among blockchain networks that have been added to the BigQuery public datasets are Avalanche, Arbitrum, Cronos, Ethereum (Görli), Fantom (Opera), Near, Optimism, Polkadot, Polygon Mainnet, Polygon Mumbai, Tron. Earlier this month, Google Cloud collaborated with LayerZero to improve the data verification process.
