Optimism, a Layer 2 network built on top of the Ethereum network, has announced the third OP airdrop for its governance members. The project will allocate 19.4M OP tokens ($26M) to 31,870 addresses that participated in delegation activities of its DAO called the Optimism Collective. This airdrop has an objective of bolstering engagement on the Layer 2 network and rewarding user participation, similarly to its two preceding airdrop rounds that took place in this February and April 2022.
