🔽Markets fell amid escalating conflict between the US and Iran
Bitcoin sank sharply and updated its 2026 low—the price dropped below $84,000. In just an hour, positions worth $412 million were taken out of the market, of which about $400 million were long positions.
At the same time, a drawdown is also observed in the precious metals market - gold has lost approximately $2.8 trillion in market capitalization, which is comparable to the current total capitalization of the entire crypto market.
All this is happening against the backdrop of growing geopolitical tension in the Middle East - the United States is increasing its military presence in the region, Iran is announcing a tough response to any aggression and is announcing military exercises.

Normally, a weak US Dollar pushes money into risk assets like stocks and crypto.
But this time, crypto barely reacted.
That means traders are not in risk-on mode yet.
They’re still cautious despite favorable macro signals.

but it underperformed what usually happens when the dollar drops.

According to INJ we see a classic layout. A strong downtrend brought us to the border of a local minimum. The price has already broken through Weak Low, collecting liquidity below $3.90.
So far the price remains at $3.97. If the buyer gets involved here, you can expect an aggressive rebound on the short squeeze, since many people placed stops right behind this level.
‼️ Two key scenarios:
- Rebound. If the current lows hold, the nearest supply zones are at $4.50 and then at $4.80. This will be a counter-trend move, but potentially very fast.
- Continuation. If sellers hold out and the price consolidates below $3.90, we will see a further decline to $3.80 for final capitulation.
The structure still remains bearish, so longs are now an increased risk. We work strictly from confirmation.
