There it is, that's the tell.
No way would anyone in the Admin discuss ACTIVE investigations.
The whole point of this "Release the Files" nonsense over the last 9 months is rile up a mob, paint the Trump Admin as pedo protectors, and hinder/obstruct ongoing investigations - try and get the Trump Admin to leak data about ongoing investigations to tip off the co-conspirators.
They are hindering justice under a facade of "doing this for truth and justice".

These are absolutely heartbreaking, horrific and hard to read testimonies from brave survivors of most horrendous and evil crimes….against children and humanity. Heads need to roll and Justice needs to be served for these girls. We need accountability and mass arrests need to happen.
Well done to @RupertLowe10 and his team @rapeganginquiry for bringing this to light, and for @elon and X for giving a platform to one of the most horrifying inquiries in British history.

What did you feel when you read this “Message from our Chair” a few weeks ago? How many seconds did it take for you tell it was total bs?
Kelvyn has broken it down and made the deception obvious. He also calls out those who said anything meaningful was going to come out of this enquiry - Reality Check Radio, Voices for Freedom, New Zealand First, etc. (So that when claims are made in the next illusion YOU WON’T BE FOOLED AGAIN!, right?)
Some of us said we should give a chance to this enquiry. Though we were doubtful of its use, we saluted the work that was done. Kelvyn always said the entire report would be a whitewash.

TARRANT 5-DAY HEARING CONCLUDES AS HE SEEKS TO REVERSE GUILTY PLEA
If you have been following Counterspin for some time, you will know we, like many in NZ, don't believe the mainstream narrative when it comes to Brenton Tarrant and the Christchurch shootings.
Last year we released a forensic analysis of the livestream, proving it was faked. That does not mean people didn't die.

This is what the MSM was saying today about this week's hearing:
Today, the conclusion of five-day Court of Appeal hearing in Wellington, Crown lawyers made their submissions to a panel of judges, attempting to dismiss Brenton Harrison Tarrant’s bid to overturn his guilty pleas.
Yesterday, lawyers representing Tarrant, whose names are suppressed, told the three-person panel that the harsh prison conditions to which he was subjected while awaiting trial severely impacted his mental health and meant he was effectively “forced” to change his plea to guilty.
They say his pleas were influenced by oppression to such an extent that they were not given freely.
“If I had another option, I would have taken it,” Tarrant told the court while giving evidence.
Today, Deputy Solicitor-General Madeleine Laracy told the court a guilty plea was an incontrovertible legal admission of guilt that waived the defendant’s right to a trial and relieved the Crown of proving its case.
Tarrant had given his guilty pleas freely and without coercion, she said.
It’s now up to the panel -- Justices Christine French, Susan Thomas and David Collins -- to decide whether the terrorist’s appeal has merit.
Justice French told the court she couldn’t give any indication when the decision would be released: with a lot of material to read and consider, it would “likely be more than a few weeks”.
If the court declines Tarrant’s application, a separate hearing on his appeal against sentence will take place later this year. If granted, Tarrant will face a full retrial in the High Court.
