This letter serves to formally highlight a pattern of consolidated power and infrastructure integration within New Zealand that is currently being shielded from meaningful public oversight. We wish to draw urgent attention to the role of Wayne Eagleson, his associates, and the multi-billion dollar plan involving our energy grid, satellite technology, and digital identity.

A massive, $1.4 billion investment is currently integrating New Zealand’s energy grid with foreign-controlled satellite technology under the SouthPAN (Southern Positioning Augmentation Network) project.
The Military Connection: The contract for SouthPAN was awarded to Lockheed Martin, the world’s largest defense contractor.
The Integration: SouthPAN ground stations (such as the Awarua facility) require high-priority, 24/7 access to the national grid. While the public faces rising power costs, the grid is being "optimized" to prioritize the needs of this high-precision satellite uplink.
The Secrecy: Much of the Lockheed Martin contract and the "Ground-Based Space Infrastructure" laws passed in 2025 are shielded by "Commercial in Confidence" clauses, preventing the public from knowing the true extent of foreign control over NZ’s positioning and timing data.

TARRANT FILES APPEAL APPLICATION, SAYS HE WAS FORCED TO PLEAD GUILTY, INDUCED BY PRISON TORTURE
RNZ reports:
Before his August 2020 sentencing the terrorist had expressed some remorse for his actions to a report writer.
He now claimed it was because of the isolation of his confinement and poor mental state.
"I did express some remorse. I would now say that was induced by the prison conditions, I was irrational," the terrorist said.
"It was actually real but it was induced by the prison conditions inducing the irrationality."
The terrorist is housed in the specialist prisoners of extreme risk unit at Auckland Prison and has little interaction with other people, including fellow prisoners.
He was not asked if he still felt any remorse for the massacre but the court heard he had intended to plead guilty at an even earlier date, with paperwork prepared in August 2019.
The court heard the lawyers acting for him at the time raised no concerns about his ability to provide instructions.
Crown solicitor Barnaby Hawes asked the terrorist if they agreed with the lawyers' recollection.
"Yes, they do say that," Tarrant responded.
"They also say you intended to plead guilty before trial - there was going to be no trial?" Hawes asked.
"They do say that - they do. I don't know why," the terrorist responded.
He now claimed his thinking was clouded at that point by his poor mental state as a result of his imprisonment.
"I would say it was a decision induced by the conditions. It was a decision I irrationally made," he said.
The terrorist claimed to have changed his mind again and not plead guilty after being provided with a book that improved his mental health.
"When the conditions changed I realised I didn't want to plead guilty or that I had no change in beliefs. It was just the prison conditions making me want to do this," he said.
The court heard the terrorist claimed he was "utterly destablised" by his prison conditions but his claims were also called into question by reports written ahead of his sentencing.
Psychological assessments found he was fit to stand trial and fit to enter his pleas.
The court heard he asked one report writer to specifically assess his fitness to enter guilty pleas.
"I don't recall spending much time on that at all," the terrorist claimed on Monday.
"I think he asked me why I pleaded guilty and I explained my thought process for why I pleaded guilty and I think that's what in the report."
He claimed his prevarication on his mental health and aspects of the criminal process demonstrated his poor mental state.
His guilty pleas came in a rush in late March 2020.
As the country entered lockdown because of the Covid 19 pandemic, Tarrant pleaded guilty to all charges.
The court was only advised two days before that a hearing was necessary but he now claimed he was forced into the decision.
The court heard he feared if represented himself at trial he would "make a fool of myself by twitching, shaking or being unable to speak".
"I was forced to do it. If I could have had any other option I would have taken the other option," Tarrant told the court.
Asked if he had other options, such as seeking an adjournment, he responded: "Not really. With my unstable mental health and my fluctuating beliefs it would have been a nightmare".

Ghislaine Maxwell is far more important than Epstein. She, daughter of Robert Maxwell, was deeply involved with Mossad as was her father. Epstein became involved through her, but she and her dad were the big fishes, not him.
Robert Maxwell was killed by Mossad when he tried to extort money from the Israeli government but was still given full honours in death and is regarded as a hero by Israel.
So Ghislaine is the living link (ignoring for the moment that Geoffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself) between Isreal and all the criminality, child-trafficking and blackmail that we are witnessing coming forward.
Imagine the testimony she could have given.
Of course she wasn’t going to testify to Isreal’s role is blackmail over the years. She says she will only give testimony if Trump gives her clemancy. (mb)

Last night, we found out Donald Trump snitched on Epstein… but why are people surprised?
Michael Wolff — the journalist who we just learned was coaching Epstein on how to gain leverage over a presidential candidate — said in an interview that Epstein was growing SUSPICIOUS that Donald Trump was the one who informed on him and set the stage for when his legal troubles truly began.
In the Epstein emails, we get this line: “the dog that hasn’t barked is trump…”
The phrase “the dog that hasn’t barked” comes from Sherlock Holmes’ story called Silver Blaze. In the story:
—— “The stable had a guard dog. On the night of the crime, the dog did not bark. Which meant — the intruder must have been someone the dog knew. Otherwise, it would’ve barked.”
So… who was redacted in that email? Virginia Giuffre.
Epstein wrote he was “75% there” — meaning 75% sure it was Trump as the silent informant, with Giuffre as the likely conduit for the tip-off knowledge.
This email proves Epstein was trying to find the leak after a British tabloid started exposing his network — and he was emailing associates to hunt down the source.
THEN, we have Attorney Bradley Edwards — who, in 2009, praised Donald Trump for being the ONLY subpoenaed person to willingly provide helpful information about Epstein.

The quarrel over immigration and the free-trade agreement is more than just a matter of opinion.
That Winston Peters and his New Zealand First Party are opposing the free-trade agreement with India is no surprise. They similarly opposed the free-trade agreement with China 18 years ago. Then, as now, Peters was foreign minister. Then, as now, he said it was a bad deal for New Zealand. Then, as now, he invoked an “agree to disagree” provision in the governing arrangement.
Christopher Luxon, who is seeking Labour support to get the FTA across the line in his coalition partner’s stead, has counselled that all we’re seeing today is “mature disagreement” in MMP politics. He can live with Peters railing at a “rush job” and “low-quality deal”. He can wave away with a grimace the plain contradiction of Peters’ insistence that this is not a normal trade agreement but “substantially an immigration deal” while his trade minister, Todd McClay, says there is “nothing about immigration in this agreement”.

Christopher Luxon, who is seeking Labour support to get the FTA across the line in his coalition partner’s stead, has counselled that all we’re seeing today is “mature disagreement” in MMP politics. He can live with Peters railing at a “rush job” and “low-quality deal”. He can wave away with a grimace the plain contradiction of Peters’ insistence that this is not a normal trade agreement but “substantially an immigration deal” while his trade minister, Todd McClay, says there is “nothing about immigration in this agreement”.
