BABY WILL TAKEN

Four police officers entered the room where baby Will and his twin brother slept soundly.

Without notice, they seized him.

In the words of Will's father:

‘Baby Will has tonight been ripped from his bed and his mum, in a display of ultimate cowardice by masked people dressed as police at 11 o’clock at night, to be made to undergo invasive procedures, before being forced against our Will to have a rushed and unprepared for surgery.'

This happened despite last-minute efforts by the family's legal team and experts from across the world, who were studying his case and making recommendations that were then passed to the judge on the case.

Now, his life is in the hands of the hospital staff.

Let’s hope, for Will’s sake, they see sense and provide him with an uncontaminated blood supply.

Those that are wanting to protest this gross state overreach, at 10 am tomorrow outside the hospital, are asked to do so in a peaceful manner.

MOTHER FEARS ARREST

Baby Will has surgery at 8am this morning.

Just before midnight last night, Baby Will was uplifted by the police while he slept.

Sam, his mother, and his twin brother were allowed to join him. However, Cole, his father, had to leave the hospital.

Sam is exhausted and very scared given there are two police officers in her room.

An imposed condition states that she must stay awake if she stays with him, even though it's from midnight to 8am and both babies are sleeping.

The police are trailing her even to the toilet. They told her this was due to orders from above 

The policewoman let slip they intend to arrest Sam this morning. Sam doesn't know why.

We must protect Will and his twin brother Jethro.

SUE GREY KICKED OUT OF HOSPITAL

Lawyer Sue Grey went to see Baby Will's mother before his 8am surgery and was kicked out of the hospital by police and threatened with a trespass notice if she did not comply.

The policewoman told Sue that she didn’t believe she was a lawyer.

Sam is very tired but ok. Will is absolutely gorgeous as always, and was smiling and waving his arms and legs, almost singing, as he got ready for his heart surgery.

Reports indicate that Sue was accused of speaking over the judge and has been arrested for contempt of court.

SUE GREY NOW FREE - RELEASED WITHOUT CHARGE

Sue Grey appeared in front of a Judge this afternoon, where no further action would be taken, but a full transcript would be sent to the Law Society for review.

This all transpired following an earlier appearance where she was supporting a Golden Bay Cafe owner with his case.

She has clarified to CSM that she was not appearing as a Mckenzie friend.

She wanted to make the court aware of an earlier judgment Fahey v. Queen, NZCA 596 [2017].

This ruling was about options for defendants who don't know how to deal with defending themselves. There are several options, including amicus curiae or "standby counsel".

MSM conveniently left this part out, instead stating Sue's manner was inciting supporters, and quoted the judge as saying at the point she was put into custody there was “virtually a riot”.

So, was there a riot, or not?

BRAD'S DEFENSE IS SELF DEFENSE!

Brad Flutey's 4th appearance at Whangarei District Court today commenced with Constable Brown resuming his role in the witness stand being examined by the police prosecutor.

This was followed by a cross examination by Brad, where evidence presented by store employees of Tikipunga Liquorland was questioned.

The mask mandate exemption was thoroughly examined, & it was established & confirmed by Constable Brown, that he did not have any powers to demand evidence of Brad’s exemption status nor to issue a $1000 fine.

The police presented CCTV video evidence to support their story that Brad’s behaviour was aggressive, which then clearly showed Brad’s true demeanour, which was calm and collected, up until the point where Brad felt the need to defend himself, when Brown unexpectedly lunged at him.

The hearing will resume tomorrow 10am.

BRAD FLUTEY COURT UPDATE: JUDGE RESERVES DECISION

Judge Rzepecky has reserved his decision for Brad's case until 15 February 2023.

In Brad's closing address, he asked to renew the application to have the trespass notice thrown out.

He said he didn't receive a charge, and he also didn't plead guiltily.

He stated the case was about self-defense and the right to defend himself.

It was observed that Brad stood strong in quoting the appropriate sections of the policing act.

Brad maintained throughout that Constable Browns interactions were aggressive and not in line with section 22 of the Policing Act in terms of  "keeping the peace."

Brad maintained that his actions on the day did not fit the scope of the charge, and his reactions were in self-defense.

Brad said the judge was "fair, precise but willing to flex provided he produced an argument that justified the flex."

GUILTY VERDICT FOR BILLY TE KAHIKA & VINNY EASTWOOD.

A guilty verdict has been handed down by the Auckland District Court for basically flouting ‘Covid-19’ level 4 restrictions and knowingly organizing a protest.

Despite there being zero evidence of any ‘pandemic’ or risk of any ‘virus’ to the population in possession of government, and therefore no logical reason for lockdowns to begin with, it was a guilty verdict regardless.

As the District Court deals in ‘process and procedure’ and not an examination of facts and evidence in relation to whether or not the lockdowns were justified, it was always a foregone conclusion.

For the record, CSM believes neither Billy nor Vinny should ever have been charged. We may be at odds with their views & positions on a number of topics, but this is certainly yet another miscarriage of justice, proving once again that the theater and agenda continue unabated.
