Women who want to marry need to find a man who is (1) available for and (2) interested in a relationship. If he's available and interested, that means that he's not in a relationship but wants to be. In short, he's celibate but not voluntarily so.

Basically, all eligible bachelors are incels.

Unless women are going after partnered men, incels are identical to the pool of potential boyfriends.

What kind of sick mind has made "incel" into a term of abuse, then?
