⚠️ BREAKING CHANGE: 以后默认输出该客户端支持的所有协议

- 📈 Surge: AnyTLS, TrustTunnel, Hysteria 2 Salamander 混淆
- 🏂 Stash: Tailscale

之前使用的 包含官方/商店版/未续费订阅不支持的协议 开关和参数维护过于麻烦 逻辑也有点不合理

若客户端会因为订阅中包含不支持的协议而报错, 可根据实际情况操作:

1. 更新客户端/内核
2. 申请并使用最新 TestFlight 版
3. 使用支持的第三方客户端/内核
4. 续费
5. 查看 Sub-Store 小课堂 学习如何过滤掉不支持的节点
6. 根据 Surge 客户端实际解锁了哪些来自动筛选
