"hm, so a broken bluetooth speaker you say? yeah, of course i can take a look at it, it cant be too hard to at least try to discover whats wrong with it"
~me, some days/weeks ago, when i was young and naive
now that im actually looking at it, well. i just took out the tactical hammer. i curse upon all the water proofing certificates.

the bluetooth speaker has been deemed unfixable due to "i would just need to replace the microusb connector, but it is in the most inaccesible corner of the inside of the device, and the whole thing looks designed with the thought of "if we can make it a single, undetachable cant-tear-it-down thing, we will" or something. i know exactly how to fix it (even tho i dont have microsoldering tips, i could try) but i physically cant access the piece i need to replace because the whole speaker is literally two pieces of plastic and two screws that FAKE putting them together, the screws are literally doing nothing. the whole thing was held by glue.
cant get to the connector, cant replace the connector. as easy as that.
an easy strategy here would be "get some glue, destroy it, and then put it back together" but i dont even see how i could do that, its that bad
so yea.
