Israel-Hamas hostage exchange: Preparations completed as IDF set to receive first 13 hostages
Operation as ‘Heaven’s Door’ is the name iDF has given to the hostage release.
After the 13 hostages are freed from Gaza via Egypt, they will be brought to Hatzerim Airbase in Israel. The hostages will undergo a physical and mental check-up at the airbase and will be allowed to have a conversation with their relatives via telephone.
“Psychologists and mental health experts will greet the hostages first. The hostages then will be explained about the massacre that took place on October 7. When the time is right, they will be allowed to talk to their relatives and family members,” an IDF official said.
The official added: “The hostages who are critically injured and need medical attention will be immediately flown to a hospital. The families of the hostages have been asked to wait at the reserved hotel rooms. The same process will be carried out for the remaining hostages who will be released by the Hamas.”

North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) pointed to President Joe Biden’s energy policy as a direct threat to the stability of America’s energy grid.
Weather forecasts for a more severe winter, colder with more snow for millions is predicted. El Niño is predicted to make this winter weather especially severe across the Central and Eastern U.S.
This year, NERC says over half of Americans are at risk for power supply trouble. Last year they predicted trouble for a quarter of the country’s population.
