The Regime has gazetted the new Employment Law.
Employers who employ more than 50 people now have to fully comply with the new targets for racial make-up of staffing complements.
Wide spread lay-off are about to kick off as the Regime will start enforcing what number of a race may be employed in each band of a business.

18 sectors are named and divided into 4 levels.
Top management, senior management, middle management, and skilled technical.
Each of the 4 levels has strict % that must consist of "designated groups" (read : not white with advantage given to banthu).
The Skilled techincal level is hardest hit with 84.4 - 95.9% of staff employed needing to be non-white, again with preference given to banthu.
