Ukrainian soldiers defending a fortified position inside a gas pipeline.

I had no idea it was this serious, holy shit.

I feel bad for their ears. But damn, I don't understand why soldiers so rarely use active hearing protection.

About 3 years ago, I organized a fundraiser for active headphones on Twitter and managed to collect over 1 000 pairs. I mostly gave them to artillerymen, but a lot of guys turned them down simply because they found them uncomfortable.

Today, Ukraine's General Staff reported that Russian forces used the humanitarian pause in Oleshky to fortify their positions.

Sky News obtained exclusive footage from Ukrainian forces showing what happened in the occupied city during the ceasefire.

Key findings:

💬 First video - movement of troops and equipment. Before the evacuation began, Russian forces brought heavy equipment and supplies into the city. Drones also spotted soldiers with large backpacks entering buildings with basements.

💬 Second video - supplying troops under the cover of evacuation. According to Ukrainian intelligence, a humanitarian convoy vehicle deviated from its route to deliver supplies to Russian soldiers. Russian troops were also seen taking food supplies intended for civilians.

💬 Third video - removal of bodies. Russian troops removed around 30 bodies from a local hospital. Residents say some may have died violently. There are concerns that removing the bodies will prevent an investigation into their deaths.
