Shambhala is said to be a physical place as much as it is spiritual. It may reside in another dimension.

The concept of this ‘hidden’ land comes from Buddhist philosophy. Apparently it even has a geographical location somewhere deep within or around the Himalayas, perhaps closer to Tibet. It came to be known as a Buddhist ‘pure land’ that exists within our own but in another dimension, and is said to be inhabited by very advanced and ‘enlightened’ beings.

I got a letter from the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario stating they received and began processing my complaint. It is in the stage of “inquiry.”
