🌱 Eat food that’s ALIVE — Wild, clean, unprocessed. Drink pure, living water. Filter it if you must. You are water — so make it water that heals, not water that harms.

🚫 Purge the poisons — Toss the Tide, the Crest, the air fresheners, the toxic lotions and cleaners. Your skin is your largest organ — it drinks what you put on it. Make it pure.

⏳ Fast to reset — Give your system a break. Let it burn away the sludge and make room for light.

🏡 Turn your home into a sanctuary — Wood, stone, cotton, linen, plants, candles, and warm incandescent light. Wrap yourself in materials that breathe life, not plastics that scramble your field.

🎶 Tune your body — Play music at 432Hz. Sing, hum, dance barefoot on the kitchen floor or in the grass. These are not “little things.” They restore your nervous system and recalibrate your energy.

🤝 Reconnect with your tribe — Talk to your neighbors. Teach your children. Share truth with calm and love. Fear is their tool. Coherence is ours.

🙏 Laugh. Cry. Pray. Rest. Gratitude raises your frequency. When your heart and mind are in harmony, you become a signal they can’t jam.

We don’t have to play their rigged game.
We create our own — rooted in light, breath, rhythm, love, and truth.

The Earth — our Mother — is waiting with open arms.
