Recently, the ChatGPT DALL-E bot is replying slowly or not replying sometimes.

The reason why this is happening is because OpenAI's servers are overloaded, which means ChatGPT will take very long to respond, or does not generate a response.

Hopefully this situation will improve in the near future when OpenAI improves their server capacity.
