One of my comfortable long term holds - PropChain ($PROPC)

Connecting real estate and crypto. This wasn’t an overnight project, and was developed over years with proper licensing, insurance and permissions. I have high conviction on this one. Multiple years hold for me.

They already have properties in multiple countries and have just paid out their 6 th month of rent to landlords.

Been accumulating a big bag under $1.50 for some months. Chart is starting to break out from the range. I wound recommend entry below $1.50 to be great imo. This project will eventually break 2, then 3, then 4, then 5 dollars floor and so on. I really believe that.

Project currently has 2.5 k holders, steadily growing over the last few months.

An interesting project that caught my attention - FROUBOT ($FROBOT)

Has a unique utility I have not seen yet, allows you to trade and manage all your cryptocurrency from CEX through a telegram bot. Currently works with Binance, Kucoin, Buybot, OkX.

Lp is locked for a year, discord bot in the works.

Currently entry in the 300 k range looks decent imo, DYOR. Degen until it’s not, I’m keeping an eye
