π‘ Why this matters
This bot isnβt just a toy, itβs a fun way way to test our the underlying Cere AI Stack end-to-end.
- Custom/open source models are hosted on Cereβs DDC (in this test we use SAM2 Hiera Large & OWL-ViT Base Patch32 )
- Model hosting, inference, and agent orchestration all happen natively inside our stack.
- Every interaction streams directly from Telegram into your personal data vault
π Whatβs next
In the coming weeks, external devs will drop new agent flows, using larger & more complex models, into the same data stream without needing to spin up servers, pipelines, or worry about security. Design β deploy β have fun .

π³ Referendum #41 β Temporarily chill underperforming validators
TL;DR: This proposal temporarily chills a set of consistently underperforming/unstable validators on Cere mainnet so the network can finalize blocks reliably, protect nominators from unnecessary slashing, and unblock the pending runtime upgrade. Please review and vote below.
Nominators: Unstake / re-delegate away from the underperforming validators now to preserve rewards.
Validators: Please resolve uptime, networking, and monitoring gaps (alerts, auto-restarts, backups). After remediation, you can rejoin the active set.
Why this matters
- Offline validators miss blocks, which causes instability, blocks upgrades & increases slashing risk for nominators.
- Chilling removes them from the active set until they fix their setups.
- A smaller, stable active set = safer yield for nominators & a more stable network
What to do
- Check if youβre nominating any validators flagged for chilling.
- Unbond or re-delegate to consistently online, well-monitored validators.
- Vote to support the chill so risk drops immediately.
Vote here: https://cere.polkassembly.io/referenda/41

π New Runtime Upgrade Referendum is Live!
Weβve just proposed an upgrade to run the Cere chain on Polkadot-stable2506 (from 2503). This keeps Cere aligned with the latest audited Polkadot/Substrate runtime and unblocks future upgrades (2509, 2512, etc.).
What this upgrade brings
- β Latest security patches, bug fixes & protocol improvements from upstream
- β A clean upgrade path for the next Polkadot-stable releases
- β Better compatibility with current Polkadot/Substrate tooling & ecosystem
Benefits by stakeholder
- π Validators:
More stable nodes, fewer edge-case bugs, clearer upgrade roadmap (less firefighting later).
- 𧩠Users:
Higher network reliability and security, reducing the risk of incidents or unexpected behavior.

π’Update on the recent Hyperbridge incident
We want to reassure our community that Cere Network's operations remain unaffected.
Due to our secure lock & release integration and minimal exposure, the impact on Cere is negligible. A small batch (valued at $4,500) of $CERE tokens was affected and they have already been absorbed by the market. There is no further impact.
Hyperbridge is actively working on fixes and out of caution, they closed the bridge temporarily. It's expected to last at least one week as we await full verification & audits before re-engaging funds.
