During every AMA session we publish a table with the number of commits that have been made since the last stream on our primary projects.
One of the more common questions we receive is: what do these indicators mean and how do they reflect the progress made towards mainnet?
We've decided to shed some light on that. Here's our answer:
Every time a developer does a significant piece of work, or when their changes are urgently required by other project-team members, they prepare a commit together with a request to merge their changes in the code with the project code in GitLab. The greater the number of commits — the more work that was done on that particular project, and the more people were involved.
According to our data in the commits table, you can see that the largest number of commits were made in the Cellframe SDK and Cellframe Node projects. This means that the majority of our resources during this time period have been focused on developing the mainnet as we gear up to its launch.

It was previously reported that we were working on porting Cellframe Wallet to Android; however, at the beginning of the year, our primary focus was on launching the mainnet and keeping the master node up and running, so work was put on hold. Now, when there is very little time remaining before the launch of the mainnet, we are gradually resuming work on the android assembly.
So, the back-end team ported the Cellframe Wallet to Android. The application is being further debugged and tested. For those of you who want to be among the first to try Cellframe Wallet on the new system, we invite you to participate in the testing of the application's pre-alpha build. Testing is possible on Android devices with a system version of at least 8.1. Node crashes are possible, but the interface should work correctly.
The team will be glad to receive feedback on the build.

Be sure to download the new version of Cellframe Dashboard to your devices!
Build 2.12.34 contains an updated version of the node, to which we have made a significant number of changes connected with the launch of mainnet. The previous version of Cellframe Dashboard does not work correctly after the relaunch of the network
In the new build, we not only updated the node version, but also made a few more tweaks:
* Improved UI/UX. Updated the colors of all application components.
* Reworked the architecture. Added a hierarchy of controller classes to manage the application
* Fixed bugs of diagnostics and wallet statuses in the combo box.
Please note - when installing the update you need to:
* For all platforms: in Cellframe Dashboard settings, click Clear Node data in settings.
* For Linux: run the dpkg-reconfigure cellframe-dashboard command and select the networks you wish to activate.
* For MacOS: uninstall the old version of Cellframe Dashboard via the uninstall script.

Bidirectional bridge. Objectives
Mainnet is live. The next important milestone in the development of our project is the launch of a bidirectional bridge. Now we are clarifying the list of tasks that we need to implement, but we have already identified the most important ones:
The security check. Over the next months, our team will be conducting a detailed internal code audit. We have already begun this process, but it will continue until we are sure of total safety. Then an external audit will be carried out.
The performance improvement. We plan to introduce code for homogeneous sharding (cellular sharding) and hard forks. In this way, we can significantly increase the speed of transactions in the network.
The functionality extension. We plan to restart the Cellframe DEX, expand the API for services, and add other new functionality.

With the launch of the bridge, users will be able to transfer tokens from CF-20 ($CELL and $KEL) to external networks and vice versa: withdraw staking rewards or trade tokens on exchanges in other networks.
