ETH trades at 4,260 near the 4,250 balance line. Hawkish = risk of breaking below 4,200; dovish = rebound over 4,300. Key zones: short 4,280–4,320, long 4,180–4,220. Post-speech volatility may run fast — better to wait for retests before adding size.
