BTC is at resistance and the liquidity below $60k remains untouched.
However, even if BTC goes for that liquidity, many altcoins could just ''fill the wick'' and would not make a new low. I think the local bottom for some alts is in, but for others, it's not yet.
Therefore, I'm still waiting, but I plan to start buying some alts at a discount soon.
