Tucson Man Sentenced to 30 Months for Attempting to Smuggle Noncitizens in Water Tanker Truck

TUCSON, Ariz. – Last week, Sean Christopher Hale, 33, of Tucson, Arizona, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Rosemary Marquez to 30 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Hale previously pleaded guilty to Transportation of Illegal Aliens for Profit Placing in Jeopardy the Life of Any Person.

The United States Attorney involved with this Case is unfortunately protecting No More Deaths Cartel Camp where Illegals are transported out for profit continuously.

When asked why he cherry picked which Human Traffickers to Prosecute, he said that was "out of his hands."
