Its always funny to me that in America, security companies named something like "Elite Spartan Pretorian Samurai Crusader Navy Seal Tactical Security Inc." Are owned by a Mexican guy with no pertinent background and employs two underpaid, chain smoking unarmed negro security guards. But companies called something like "ZTA Logistics LLC" will have a roster of prior special operations troops and SWAT officers that they pay a minimum of $50/hour and will do everything from extractions, to high risk PSD ops, to wetwork for the CIA despite Congress banning them from doing any work for the US Government.

A grand jury is basically the prosecution getting to talk boat loads of shit about the defendant without the opportunity for a rebuttal. However they are simply choosing whether of not to indict or not indict the defendant, not determine guilt. If they choose to indict the case proceeds, if not, its dead in the water and over.
