Do note, 27,000 was used as a threshold for P1, instead of the 28,700 used for P3. To accommodate some additional heads.

Those splitting multi-wallet to stake have missed out because eligibility would have been between 100-27,000 which was not viable to accommodate as the gas itself is worth few X more than the token value.
