The TOOLS CA is new, and unique, therefore certain sniffers may struggle to calibrate until it gets popular, successfully reused and undergoes manual reviews.
So please don't worry about the odd bug in the 3rd party softwares. Feel free to get the code audited manually by any reviewer of your choice (Indy and Van Pelt do a great job for example!).
