In 1988, Icelandic singer Björk sat in front of a camera during the Christmas holidays and decided to take apart her television. She opened the back panel and started describing the circuit boards like a child discovering a new world. She called it a little city with houses, streets, and an elevator. Then she explained why television once terrified her.
