We can think of the DSC as an isolated vault with pre-defined rules that are visible to everyone 🔍

By following the pre-defined rules, Prime Accounts are able to securely repay loans through partial liquidations 💸

If an account's health ratio drops below 20%, part of the borrowed funds are liquidated to bring the account back to a healthy percentage 😌
