Due to prevailing market conditions, the Snake City team has decided on three key changes to the upcoming IDO:
1. The sale has reduced from $1,000,000 to $600,000.
2. $400,000 of $SCNT will be burnt prior to IDO.
3. Unsold IDO tokens will be burnt.
