Ten years ago, back when I was first starting to get serious about photography, I read an eye-opening interview with a large format photographer. One phrase of the photographer stuck to my mind.
"If I only show my very best pictures, even if they are just a tiny fraction of all the pictures that I take, then maybe the people that see them think that every single picture I take is that good. Which is not the case, of course".
