In A.D. 654, the now completed Visigothic Code was a set of laws that highly oppressed Jews[4].

Jews were prevented from practicing many things according to their custom such as Passover, marriage, dividing food into clean and unclean, practicing circumcision, etc. They were unable to defend their religion against attacks from Christians, unable to read books against Christianity, unable to escape baptism for themselves or their children, and were given a book detailing the crimes of their faith. I don't have solutions, only suggestions: first, go out, take time for self healing. Do some sport, read a book, or simply talk with the neighbour. These simple acts could really improve your mindset. But again, just personal opinions
