1️⃣ record a video of how you send greetings to the participants of the World Games — come up with chants, use special effects, do it creatively, brightly, incendiously — let your imagination know no bounds;

2️⃣ send the video to our manager Anastasia in the telegram marked "Contest" until August 15 (Thursday) inclusive, also indicate your company and your last and first name in the message;

3️⃣ the most important condition is to be subscribed to the main channel of Labor Reserves.

We will definitely publish all the works that we receive in this channel — let as many participants as possible be inspired by your support 😊

How we will determine the winners: on August 16 (Friday), we will publish a special voting post on this channel. In the comments to the post, we will write down all the works that we received (1 comment = 1 video). Further, all other subscribers leave reactions under those comments with the names of the works that they liked the most. And accordingly, the one who gets the most reactions will win. Likes will be counted on comments under a special post, and not on the video itself in the channel.

And what is the prize? The winner will receive a gift from our partner Yamaguchi 🎁

И эта новость наглядно показывает: фехтование — универсальный вид спорта, которым можно заниматься даже в таком деликатном положении 😌

Именно поэтому мы приглашаем всех желающих поучаствовать в мастер-классе по фехтованию от клуба «Флэш». Тренировку проведёт олимпийская чемпионка Аделина Загидуллина.

Как будет проходить МК:
1️⃣ сначала сделаем разминку, растяжку и суставную гимнастику;
2️⃣ затем будет вводная часть про фехтование — расскажем, что это за спорт, как устроено оружие и т.д.;
3️⃣ далее учимся передвигаться в фехтовальной стойке;
4️⃣ потом переходим к играм на координацию и реакцию;
5️⃣ и уже в завершение проведём спарринг друг с другом в экипировке.

Did you know that a fencer from Egypt competed at the Olympics in Paris in the seventh month of pregnancy? 😳

That is why we invite everyone to participate in the fencing master class from the Flash club. Olympic champion Adelina Zagidullina will conduct the training.

How will the MK be held:
1️⃣ First, we will do warm-up, stretching and joint exercises;
2️⃣ Then there will be an introductory part about fencing — we will tell you what kind of sport it is, how weapons are arranged, etc.;
3️⃣ Then we learn how to move in a fencing stance;
4️⃣ Then we move on to coordination and reaction games;
5️⃣ And in the end, we will spar with each other in equipment.
