We used to have pretty based and morally upright leaders for the most part. Canadians still exist, we didn't go anywhere so the idea that we can't and don't still possess that same kind of intelligence, courage and insight to produce capable leadership that doesn't exclusively work for foreign interests and social justice lobbies is just a cope for lazy fat boomer separatists who have "tried nothing and are all out of ideas."

Canadians with the stones, dignity and self respect to take their own side are doing so and everyone who want's to remain "loyal" to mindless consumerism and a rootless economic zone with no identity, culture or meaning whatsoever can do so and continue to be blown away into the wind like the decorative ash pile that they are.

After 2 months and a half months in solitary confinement, Joel has asked that we set up a fundraiser to assist in his on going legal matters.

Joel has a number of new charges related to political speech that need to be defended and we have organised a Supreme Court Bail Application for his release.

The 3 prior bail applications at Local Court were funded by the September 2025 Legal Fundraiser, which has covered the vast majority of our legal issues for the last 6 months. These other matters are costly and we will not have enough money to resolve them and continue to fund Joel's cases.

This fundraiser will assist Joel in his time of need.

On National Flag Day, Second Sons members staged a public demonstration at the Corktown pedestrian bridge over the Rideau Canal to pay homage to the true flag of the Canadian people, the Red Ensign.

Sunday marked not only Flag Day, but also Family Day long weekend, and the closing of Ottawa's Winterlude Festival, all of which the Red Ensign has significance to.

Flag Day marks the anniversary of the replacement of the Red Ensign with the Maple Leaf, a change that Canadians did not ask for or want. It was a deliberate attempt to disconnect Canadians from their history and heritage and to dilute the Canadian identity. Canadian Nationalists see February 15th, 1965 as the symbolic beginning of the quiet revolution of the left, the day the Red Ensign was publicly executed by traitors. It serves as both a memorial to the death of the Ensign, and also as a celebration of it's rebirth as the flag of the counter-revolution.

The nation is a family grown large. It is not a random assortment of foreigners whom you share a passport and currency with, it is your blood. Family Day carries a much greater meaning than simply being with your immediate one, it is a celebration of our National Family and the Canadian family is represented clearly and explicitly on the Red Ensign.

Winterlude is one of Canada's most iconic festivals, hosted in our Nation's capital. It is an expression of what Canadian spirit and identity was before the effects of pluralism and multiculturalism took root. Events such as Winterlude were always intended to be Nationalistic in nature, a celebration of our people and our culture. As Nationalists, it is our duty and right to embrace these events with positive expressions of Canadian heritage.
