Alexey Beshchekov, the administrator of the Garantex crypto exchange, was detained in India. He is currently in Delhi, where he is awaiting extradition to the United States. Beshchekov is accused of money laundering and violating sanctions against Russia. Earlier, the FBI and European security forces arrested the domain of the crypto exchange, and the site itself stopped working.
