The City of Phoenix just announced it is putting a pause on its vaccine mandate for all federal contract workers that was set to go into effect on January 18.

Judge blocks Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors
A federal judge on Tuesday blocked President Joe Biden’s administration from enforcing a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for employees of federal contractors, the latest in a string of victories for Republican-led states pushing back against Biden’s pandemic policies.
Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers is now blocked in all 50 states. Montana also joined the list of states where judges have granted injunctions against the mandate.
