Rollover in a Nutshell✅

A rollover is the procedure of moving open positions from one trading day to another. Most brokers and platforms perform the rollover automatically by closing any open positions at the end of the day, while simultaneously opening identical positions for the following business day.

During this rollover, a swap is calculated. It is an interest that you pay or receive for holding your position overnight.🛍

For instance, if you buy a lot of the EUR/USD pair at an exchange rate of 1.10, you need 100,000 EUR to receive 110,000 USD. The rollover interest is determined based on the current interest rates in the respective countries - the European Central Bank for EUR and the Federal Reserve for USD.

We at ALGA are the project that’s more than about today. We are the ones looking into the future. So what does the crypto index market have in stock for us? We’ve done our research and have the answer!📊

When you think about it, the current state in the crypto market is very similar to the traditional financial market based on stocks and bonds in its early stages of development. So what we at ALGA did, was: conducted a regression analysis of the classic SP500 and NASDAQ indices and projected them onto our ALGA indexes category indices, taking into account the multifactor model. As a base level for the current index market volume, we used the GBTC (Bitcoin Investment Trust) index, the volume of which is $16 billion.

As a result of mathematical correlation and regression analysis, we identified correlations using the least squares method and calculated that the volume of the index market over the next 5 years will grow by 450%. Wow! Talk about opportunities ahead!📈
