M2 in a Nutshell✅

M2 is the U.S. Federal Reserve's estimate of the total money supply, including all the cash people have on hand, plus all the money deposited in checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and retail mutual funds.💵

M2 is important for traders because increased supply could reduce the price of the asset in question. It is also a valid indicator of possible increases or decreases in inflation levels. If M2 monetary supply is increased, inflation could rise. Similarly, if M2 supply is restricted by central banks, inflation could fall.☝️

The Heikin-Ashi technique is a Japanese candlestick-based technical trading tool that uses candlestick charts to represent and visualize market price data. The Heikin-Ashi candlestick is built by averaging four parameters: open, close, max, and min.📊

Heikin-Ashi is used to identify market trend signals and forecast price movements by using average price data to filter out market noise. Heikin-Ashi charts indicate trend-reversals and price breakouts, as well as identify potential entry and exit points for traders. Generally, rising Heikin-Ashi candles indicate an uptrend, while falling Heikin-Ashi candles indicate a downtrend. Along with other technical indicators, Heikin-Ashi charts can be used to analyze the behaviour of market prices in more detail and make more informed trading decisions.💯

✅The random walk theory is a mathematical model that relies on the idea that prices reflected in the market are determined by random events independent of the past.

VWAP in a Nutshell📈

The Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) is the average price of a stock weighted by the total trading volume. The VWAP is used to calculate the average price of an asset over a period of time.☝️

The logic is that not all trades impact a stock’s price equally. Larger trade sizes (volumes) will influence the price more than smaller ones. So VWAP gives more weight to periods when heavy volumes were traded. This helps identify meaningful price levels.

The volume-weighted average price hence helps compare the current price of an asset to a benchmark, making it easier for investors to decide when to enter and exit the market, making the right trade at the right time.💯

An unborrowable stock is a stock that no one is willing to lend out to short-sellers. Normally, when it comes to short-selling, you find a market participant who is happy to lend you the stock, and then buy it back from you once you close the position. This doesn’t work with unborrowable stock – noone wishes to lend it and so shorting is not possible.❌

When no shares are available to borrow for short selling, this creates a short squeeze if demand for the stock rises. This can lead to a rapid increase in the stock's price, creating a potential opportunity for traders who have long positions in the stock. In some cases, it may indicate strong demand for the stock and a belief in its long-term potential.

However, investing in unborrowable stocks comes with a high level of risk, as the lack of available shares to borrow can lead to increased volatility and sudden price fluctuations.📊

Rollover in a Nutshell✅

A rollover is the procedure of moving open positions from one trading day to another. Most brokers and platforms perform the rollover automatically by closing any open positions at the end of the day, while simultaneously opening identical positions for the following business day.

During this rollover, a swap is calculated. It is an interest that you pay or receive for holding your position overnight.🛍

For instance, if you buy a lot of the EUR/USD pair at an exchange rate of 1.10, you need 100,000 EUR to receive 110,000 USD. The rollover interest is determined based on the current interest rates in the respective countries - the European Central Bank for EUR and the Federal Reserve for USD.
