EBITDAR in a Nutshell✅

EBITDAR is the abbreviation for Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, Amortization, and Rent.☝️

EBITDAR is not affected by financing decisions, the tax structure, and non-cash items (e.g. depreciation, amortization), just like EBITDA. However, for EBITDAR, the effects of rent costs and any non-recurring items such as restructuring charges are also removed.

✅EBITDAR = EBIT + Rent Costs + Restructuring Charges

This allows for a more accurate comparison when evaluating companies’ performance, and making investment decisions.💯

🐍Bollinger Bands in a Nutshell🐍

Bollinger Bands is a technical analysis indicator used to provide information about price and volatility of underlying assets.📈

⬇️Bollinger Bands are composed of three lines (bands) plotted on the chart.

🟢Middle Bollinger Band - A moving average of the price
🟢Upper Bollinger Band - An n-times standard deviation of the price above the moving average
🟢Lower Bollinger Band - An n-times standard deviation of the price below the moving average

The main purpose of Bollinger Bands is to indicate the levels at which the price can be considered too high or too low. When the market price approaches the upper Bollinger Band, the market can be considered overbought, and when it approaches the lower Bollinger Band, it can be considered oversold.

Bollinger Bands have to be used in conjunction with other indicators for a complete picture of the market.☝️
