🚫 THE CHAOS CONTINUES

The NFT username @shit has been banned on Telegram, making it the first known case of a community member's NFT getting banned. The owner? @Cold, a trusted name in the space.

It’s said that the ban happened because the renter impersonated a Fragment employee, which is a serious violation of Telegram’s Terms of Service.

This shows that Telegram is focused on mainstream growth and tightening platform rules.

🤯 FORTNITE SUES ACCOUNT SELLER

Epic Games has officially filed a lawsuit against a community member, known as "i5aac" (@i5aac), for involvement in the hijacking and resale of Fortnite accounts. The lawsuit accuses him of:

• Accessing player accounts by impersonating the original owners.
• Selling stolen Fortnite accounts for profit.
• Providing methods to bypass Epic’s security.
• Making thousands while violating Epic’s Terms of Service.

Epic is seeking monetary damages and legal action to prevent further account selling.

This comes after multiple cease and desist letters were reportedly sent to Fortnite account sellers in recent weeks.

Following the lawsuit, i5aac has deleted his Telegram account and channel (@overdraft). Could this be the end for Fortnite account sellers? 🤔

⛔️ ALLEGED: TELEGRAM MODERATORS BRIBED FOR BANS?

Recent reports suggest that a group of Telegram moderators were doxxed after allegedly accepting bribes to enforce bans across the platform. While details remain unconfirmed, sources indicate that exploiters obtained the personal information of several moderators following claims that they were involved in paid suspensions of accounts and channels.

The result was the removal of multiple high-profile accounts, channels, and groups, many of which held significant influence within the community. Estimates suggest that 6-7 moderators were affected, with their identities leaked in the process. Following the exposure, these moderators were allegedly demoted from their roles.

Among the banned users/channels were some of the largest in the space, including @middle, @cold, @avoid, @floorprice, @reach, @noted, and countless other social media market-related groups.

🚨 BREAKING: Lion Exit Scams $135,000+!

Lion, known on Telegram as @lock (now deleted), has exit scammed what's estimated to be over $135,000+, across multiple deals.

The largest deal was a $135,000 fiat-to-crypto exchange, where the sender wired fiat expecting crypto in return. But once the funds were sent, Lion went completely silent. No crypto was delivered, and shortly after, his Telegram account vanished.

However, insider sources suggest this may not have gone the way Lion planned. It's believed the incoming $135,000 wire triggered a bank freeze, likely due to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protocols. Unable to verify or provide documentation, Lion may have lost access to the funds entirely — effectively getting cucked by the bank.

Now, instead of owning up or resolving the issue, he’s chosen to disappear, leaving the victim hanging — and with no choice but to file federal wire fraud charges.

Even if this started as a deal gone wrong, it looks like Lion used the situation to scam others while he could. Multiple reports have surfaced over the past 48 hours.

📉 Telegram Stars Scam Hits Users Hard!

A massive scam involving Telegram’s in-app currency, Stars, has rocked the platform, with users reporting significant losses due to a flood of counterfeit Stars and gifts. Scammers are exploiting this by:
1. Selling Telegram Stars and gifts on third-party platforms.
2. Requesting a refund through the App Store.
3. Telegram deducts the stars from the victim’s balance.

Estimates suggest that between 20 to 30 million counterfeit Stars entered circulation with One seller on FunPay making $50,000 in just a week, even collecting 5,000 positive reviews. Telegram has since initiated a mass refund process to address the issue, but the damage has already been done for many.

The exploit has affected thousands of users, with losses reaching thousands of dollars. The community expresses frustration and warns against third-party Star transactions, advocating for official platforms only.

While Telegram is working to clean up the mess, the platform has yet to release an official statement.

Cracked.to Returns as Cracked.sh After Seizure 🆕

On January 29, 2025, Cracked.to was seized in the international law enforcement operation dubbed Operation Talent, alongside several other platforms. The site went offline without warning, sparking speculation about the extent of the breach.

Now, a few months later, Cracked has resurfaced under a new domain: Cracked.sh. In an official statement, the administration confirmed the site is back online using a backup dated January 25, 2025.

They reassured users that although servers were encrypted during the seizure, law enforcement did not gain access to user data, posts, or passwords. Users are still advised to take precautionary measures like changing passwords or deleting private messages.

❌ eXch.cx Shuts Down

eXch.cx, the no-KYC crypto swap site known for anonymous BTC, ETH, and XMR trades, is shutting down on May 1, 2025. Swaps will stop a day earlier, on April 30.

The platform recently made headlines after being linked to the Lazarus Group’s $35M ETH laundering from the February Bybit hack. While the team didn’t say why they’re closing, many are pointing to regulatory pressure following that incident.

In a final move, eXch is donating 50 BTC to open-source privacy projects—excluding anything written in Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#, which sparked mixed reactions.

The shutdown follows a broader trend: 36 unlicensed exchanges were closed by Kazakhstan in March, and others like DMM Bitcoin and OKX Nigeria have also gone down recently. eXch handled $2B+ in 2024 alone—its closure hits hard for the privacy crowd.

🔤 The Most Expensive Semi Username?

The Telegram username @Middlemen has been sold by @Middleman owners, @cold and @fame, to @spider for what's said to be around $150,000.

However, this handle comes with some history. Back in 2023, @Middlemen was owned by @Laugh, a long-term middleman in the space. He decided to auction his handle on fragment.com to convert it into a collectible (NFT) username. During the auction, the TON blockchain experienced major issues and downtime. As a result, Laugh lost the handle, and the auction ended for just $42—far below its true market value.
