Got about 2.5L of 60% out of the distillation with a bit more im unsure about, since it might be dipping into tails a bit too much so ill just keep it separate for now I also put a little bit on wood to see how it turns out and whether i should keep it white…
i just grabbed the bottle with the spirits that i thought was dipping into tails too much by mistake, thinking it was my pear schnapps and holy shit its the best damn thing ive had in ages

it seems that the combination of honey, cherries, cornelian cherries and grapes is absolutely divine
