خیلی وقت هست که شرکت‌ها وقتی می‌گن نیروی تخصصی معرفی کن، هیچ کسی رو ندارم.

این ی وضعیت جدی هست، من ی فایل اکسل داشتم از آدمای متخصص که باهاشون توی پروژه‌های مختلف آشنا شدم اونقدر متخصص که توی کار خودشون خدا بودن

ولی حالا، ۱ سال هست که اصلاً به اون لیست نیازی ندارم، همه رفتن و هیچ کس نمونده (ماها هم دیگه فرقی به حالمون نداره موندن یا رفتن)
ولی وقتی می‌بینم اونایی که رفتن استرس، دردشون کم شده، وقتی می بینم هدف میزارن برای هدف تلاش می‌کنن و میرسند بهش دلم می‌خواد به باقی استعداد‌ها هم واسه رفتن کمک کنم، فقط همین

مستندسازی کیفیت عملکرد مدل‌های زبانی فارسی

بسیاری از مواقع مقاله یا مدلی رو دیدید که نویسنده ادعا کرده با مدل ابداعی خودش به فلان دقت روی یک وظیفه زبان فارسی رسیده، اما در عین حال کد و مستندی رو برای این ادعاش منتشر نکرده. بچه‌های تیم هوش مصنوعی شرکت مفید کدهای تمیزی زدند که ملت بتونند راحت مدل‌های مختلف ارائه شده برای وظایف زبان فارسی رو روی دیتاست‌های مختلف تست بگیرند و ارزیابی کنند. نکته مهم‌تر اینه که کدهاشون رو روی گیت سخاوتمدانه به اشتراک گذاشتند؛ پس بهشون استار بدید که انرژی بگیرند و بقیه‌ی کدهاشونم بگذارند. :)
